Lease Financing MODEL:
SSS Enterprise will provide lease finance to the power consumer at an agreed rental payment basis to install and operate a Solar PV plant on the rooftop that ultimately transfers to the power consumer after agreed tenure.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER CLF:
SSS Enterprise will handle design, procurement, installation, commissioning, insurance, operations & maintenance.
ONGOING COSTS:
Typically, under this model, the power consumer pays upfront cost and then pays equal monthly/quarterly installments over the agreed period. Thereafter, as per T&C of the agreement the ownership of the project will be transferred to the power consumer.
BENEFITS:
System ownership, energy savings, reduced carbon footprint, zero lease finance processing cost & minimum documentation.
OWNERSHIP:
SSS Enterprise will arrange necessary finance for the power consumer from its own sources at a competitive rate and manage the project until the end of the agreement, after which the consumer becomes the outright system owner.
