SSS Enterprise will invest and the consumer will pay for the energy consumed / supplied by the solar power project delicately developed for a particuler consumer. Both consumer and developer sign a long term power purchase agreement (PPA) for an agreed tenure & tariff.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE PPA:
SSS Enterprise will take care of the entire installation process of the solar power plant including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, financing, insurance, operations and maintenance.
PAYOUT TERMS:
Monthly payout for energy produced.
BENEFITS:
Savings on monthly energy bills, reduced usage of DG sets, reduced carbon footprint and no O&M hassles.
OWNERSHIP:
SSS Enterprise will own the system during the entire term of the PPA. (Buy-out options can be exercised).
